About the Fishing Trip

Not a tour. A real morning on the water.

The Bayahibe fishing trip puts you on the water with the local fishermen who go out every morning — real boats, real gear, real fishing. Dario connects you directly with one of his trusted captains, who have collectively worked these Caribbean waters for decades. No resort excursion feel, no staged experience.

Whether you land a big one or simply enjoy the peace of the open sea, you leave with something no beach bar can offer — a genuine morning shared with the people who built this village on the water.

Meet Your Captain

Eneisi — Lifelong Fisherman of Bayahibe

Captain Eneisi — Bayahibe fishing captain

Eneisi has been on the water his entire life. He grew up in Bayahibe — the same village, the same coastline — and started fishing as a child alongside his family, learning the rhythms of the Caribbean Sea before he could read a map. Today, he is one of Dario's most trusted captains, and it shows the moment you step onto his boat. He is calm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about sharing these waters with people who are willing to experience them honestly. Fishing with Eneisi is not an excursion — it is a morning with someone who actually lives this life.

Safe, experienced, and built on trust.

Every captain in Dario's network is a lifelong Bayahibe fisherman — not a hired tour operator. They know these waters intimately, take safety seriously, and treat every guest as a welcome companion. Life jackets, radio communication, and local weather knowledge are standard on every outing.
